We're using the new Minecraft textures created by JAPPA (@JasperBoerstra on Twitter) at Mojang, which will be released officially at some point in the future. The latest version (Beta v2) is available from minecraft.net, but that version is not compatible with Minecraft 1.13.
While in the process of updating my personal texture pack for my single-player world Kingdoms a couple weeks ago, I also updated those new MC textures to be compatible for 1.13.
Please note that this is NOT the official Hermitcraft texture pack for Season 6. There may be some other minor changes in the actual one we're all using on the server, and if so, I'm sure it will be released by Xisuma and his team in the near future. This is simply the new Minecraft textures from Mojang, ported to be compatible with Minecraft 1.13.

- Open Minecraft
- Go to 'Options', then 'Resource Packs'
- Click on 'Open Resource Pack Folder'. If the window doesn't open, you'll have to find it manually through the Explorer/Finder.

I never, ever could drag and drop or copy and paste my resource packs when playing Minecraft.
